*If this is your first time placing a check order for the account, you will need to contact Geddes Federal directly at (315) 468-6281 to place your initial order.

This form will contain all of the information you will need to place any future orders online.

The online site is for re-orders only.

When you are ready to place a re-order,

You will not need a User ID or a password if you are accessing the correct web address.
You will need to know your routing, account number, and control number found on your reorder form.
If you do not have your reorder form, please contact us to obtain the control number, then you can place the reorder online.
